We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Onboarding Associate who can ensure a smooth and positive experience for prospective customers while helping them understand the value of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with new leads and conduct initial qualification and verification.
- Guide customers through the onboarding process and provide accurate information about our services.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Sales Team for further consultation.
- Schedule appointments and meetings between customers and sales representatives.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely engagement and progression.
- Prepare and submit daily lead and onboarding reports.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.
- Must own a personal laptop.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
