Key Responsibilities
- Attend incoming property enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, website, social media and walk-ins.
- Understand the customer’s budget, preferred location, property type and buying timeline.
- Record every enquiry and customer requirement accurately in the CRM or Lead Register.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain project details, pricing, floor plans, amenities, payment plans and possession timelines.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales manager, builders, property owners and channel partners.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
