We are expanding our sales operations in Chandigarh Tricity and are looking for dynamic professionals to support and drive high-value property sales.
Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to support high-value property sales and closures for our residential and vacation home projects. This is a target-driven role involving client handling, site visits, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures while working closely with the Sales Head.
Applications are invited only from candidates having prefer experience in the Real Estate / Property / Vacation Homes sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidates with prior experience in telecalling / telesales / lead follow-up will be preferred.
- Assisting in closure of high-value property deals
- Handling client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Working closely with senior management on sales strategies
- Ensuring smooth customer journey from inquiry to booking
- Coordinating site visits and client presentations
Key Prerequisites:
- Graduate / MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
