Responsibilities
- Manage daily order processing, inventory tracking, and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatches.
- Upload and maintain product catalogs on marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Track returns, cancellations, and customer complaints.
- Support customer service for post-order issues.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs.
- Document processes and suggest workflow improvements.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations/Supply Chain, Fashion Management, or Retail Management.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and logistics is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
