We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented IT Recruiter with 1 to 2 of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and attracting top IT talent to meet organizational hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, professional networking platforms, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and overall fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ months of active experience in recruitment or sourcing.
- Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Ability to handle multiple interview schedules simultaneously.
