Regional Technical Head – Digital Marketing

Job Summary
The Regional Technical Head – Digital Marketing is responsible for leading the Digital Marketing department across the assigned territory by ensuring high-quality training delivery, faculty development, curriculum enhancement, academic excellence, and student success. The role involves managing Digital Marketing trainers across multiple branches, driving technical innovation, supporting admissions and placements, and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing training programs aligned with current industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage Digital Marketing trainers across the assigned territory.
- Ensure standardized and high-quality training delivery across all branches.
- Conduct regular technical audits and classroom observations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to trainers and branch teams.
Training & Curriculum Development
- Design, review, and continuously update the Digital Marketing curriculum.
- Introduce the latest digital marketing tools, AI-powered marketing technologies, and industry trends.
- Develop training materials, assignments, projects, assessments, and certification programs.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for faculty development.
Quality Assurance
- Monitor training quality and learner outcomes across branches.
- Evaluate trainer performance and recommend improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with company training standards, SOPs, and academic policies.
- Improve student satisfaction and learning effectiveness.
Team Management
- Recruit, mentor, and develop Digital Marketing trainers.
- Conduct technical interviews and faculty evaluations.
- Identify training needs and organize upskilling programs.
Student Development
- Guide students through live projects, case studies, and portfolio development.
- Support students in preparing for certifications and job interviews.
- Monitor batch performance and placement readiness.
Business Support
- Support the admissions team by conducting technical counseling sessions and webinars.
- Deliver seminars, workshops, and awareness programs for colleges and corporate clients.
- Assist branches with promotional events and technical demonstrations.
Placement & Industry Relations
- Coordinate with the placement team to improve student employability.
- Build relationships with digital marketing agencies, startups, and corporate organizations.
- Support internship and placement initiatives.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on trainer performance, student outcomes, and branch technical activities.
- Track KPIs and recommend improvements.
- Ensure proper documentation and branch compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Relevant Digital Marketing Certifications are highly preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or training role.
- Experience in the EdTech, Training, or Skill Development industry is preferred.
- Experience managing multiple branches or territories is an added advantage.
