Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and create a welcoming café experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, seating area, and service counters.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
- Restock ingredients, cups, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment.
- Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and café operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management and multitasking abilities.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
