Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and reactive frameworks
- Implement non-blocking, asynchronous, and event-driven components using reactive principles
- Build RESTful and reactive APIs with Spring Boot / Spring WebFlux
- Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability under high load
- Integrate with databases, messaging systems, and external APIs
- Follow clean code, secure coding, and best engineering practices
- Participate in code reviews, root cause analysis, and production support
- Work closely with architects, DevOps, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum setup
