Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a designer who knows how to turn visuals into attention.
Skilled in Canva, proficient in Photoshop, and comfortable working on short-form video edits.
What you’ll do
- Create scroll-stopping social media creatives
- Design posts, banners, campaign creatives, and brand assets
- Work on multiple brands and projects at the same time
- Edit reels and short-form videos that feel clean and engaging
- Stay updated with trends and what’s working on social.
What you should be good at
- Strong design fundamentals with a clear understanding of alignment, spacing, hierarchy, and visual balance
- Proficient in Canva with the ability to create original, non-template driven designs
- Solid working knowledge of Photoshop
- Comfortable with any relevant software for editing clean, engaging short-form videos
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining consistency and quality
Bonus points if
- You’ve worked on social media brands
- You understand what performs on Instagram
- You can get the vibe right without endless revisions
