- Lead academic excellence in alignment with CBSE, NEP 2020, and NCF 2023.
- Drive competency-based, experiential, and holistic learning practices.
- Monitor teaching quality, curriculum implementation, and student outcomes.
- Guide and mentor teachers in lesson planning, pedagogy, and assessments.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.

- Coordinate school operations, academic calendars, examinations, and events.
- Foster strong communication and partnerships with parents and stakeholders.
- Support the Principal in achieving school goals and continuous improvement.
- Maintain academic records, reports, observations, and action plans.
- Build a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance staff culture.
- Master's Degree with B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience as Coordinator, Academic Head, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, NEP 2020, and NCF 2023.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.
- Monitor hostel discipline through positive behaviour management and restorative practices.
- Coordinate with wardens, counsellors, nurses, and parents regarding student welfare concerns.
- Conduct regular inspections of hostels, dining facilities, study areas, and student living spaces.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, emergency preparedness, and child safeguarding protocols.
- Promote life skills, leadership, character education, and community living among boarders.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, weekend activities, and student movement procedures.
- Support the planning and supervision of residential activities, clubs, sports, and enrichment programs.
- Ensure effective communication between academic and residential teams to support holistic student development.
