Clinic Overview:
We are a multidisciplinary mental health clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults. Our services include psychiatric consultations, psychotherapy, psychometric assessments, and multidisciplinary interventions. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team.
Role Overview:
The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for conducting behavioral therapy and psychometric assessments for children attending the Child Development Clinic (CDC). The role will also involve providing psychotherapy and psychometric assessments for adults, in collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed clinical and psychometric assessments for children (including developmental, behavioral, and cognitive evaluations).
- Provide behavioral therapy and evidence-based psychological interventions (e.g., CBT, play therapy, parent training) for children with developmental, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychometric tests for adults (personality, intelligence, clinical, and neuropsychological assessments).
- Deliver individual psychotherapy and supportive interventions for adults with emotional, psychiatric, or psychological difficulties.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, reports, and case summaries.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, pediatricians, therapists, and families to provide integrated care.
- Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (RCI registration mandatory).
- Strong skills in psychometric testing, behavioral interventions, and psychotherapy across age groups.
- Prior experience with child development clinics or working with children with special needs is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and multidisciplinary collaboration.
