Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients/visitors professionally
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient consultations
- Maintain attendance and front desk records
- Manage billing, payment collection, and invoice handling
- Handle courier receiving and dispatch activities
- Enter and update client information in ERP/CRM systems
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and internal departments
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
- Support administrative and operational activities as required
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure professionally
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in clinic, hospital, wellness, or front office roles is an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
