We are looking for "Experienced & Immediate Joiners" to join our team in the role of an "Accounts Executive".
Candidate should be well versed in "Finance & Accounting & Taxation" role focused on managing a company's internal Financial health, or a Sales & Client Management role focused on revenue growth and relationship building.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
1. Finance and Accounting:
Should oversees day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
Accurately logging all purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all debits and credits balance.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Tracking company debts and money owed by customers. This involves reviewing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and resolving discrepancies with vendors or clients.
Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of essential statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
Reconciliation & Audits: Performing regular bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations to identify errors or fraudulent transactions. They also provide documentation to support internal and external audits.
Tax Compliance: Monitoring tax liabilities (GST, TDS, corporate tax) and assisting with the preparation and filing of statutory returns.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Supporting the company's budgeting process by analyzing historical spending trends and helping project future revenue and expenses.
2. Sales and Client Management: -
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social selling.
Client Relationship Management: Serving as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
Negotiation & Closing: Managing the full sales cycle, including conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contract terms to close deals.
Sales Strategy & Planning: Developing territory plans and account-specific strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Reporting & CRM Maintenance: Tracking all sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM systems like Salesforce or Hub Spot to provide regular status updates to management.
Essential Skills: -
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data—whether financial records or market trends—to guide strategic decisions.
Communication: Proficiency in clear verbal and written communication for liaising with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP) for finance roles, or CRM platforms and digital sales tools for sales roles.
Time Management: Managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously while strictly adhering to deadlines and quotas.
