Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to support our team in driving business growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness. This role offers hands-on experience in both sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and generating new sales leads
Support the sales team in outreach (emails, calls, follow-ups)
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
Help plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
Manage and update CRM/database with customer information
Assist in content creation for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
Track campaign performance and prepare reports
Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas
Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
