Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development & Operations Executive to support business growth, manage daily operations, and coordinate with internal teams and clients. The role requires a combination of sales, coordination, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and partners.
Generate leads through field visits, calls, and networking.
Support marketing and promotional activities.
Achieve monthly business targets.
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operational activities.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Monitor service quality and operational efficiency.
Maintain reports, records, and documentation.
Client & Vendor Coordination
Act as the point of contact for client requirements.
Manage client onboarding and relationship management.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Provide updates to management regarding business growth and operational performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting.
Preferred Skills
Healthcare or pharmacy industry experience.
Client relationship management.
Sales and operational coordination.
