Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify potential customers, generate high-quality leads, and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, B2B outreach via LinkedIn, email marketing, and cold calling. This role plays a crucial part in driving the growth of our company by developing and nurturing meaningful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential industries and businesses that align with our product offerings.
- Analyze industry trends and customer pain points to tailor outreach strategies.
2. Lead Generation:
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and online directories.
- Identify decision-makers within target organizations, including procurement managers, business owners, and engineers.
3. Outreach and Engagement:
- Initiate personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with potential leads.
- Draft and send customized email campaigns to nurture prospects.
- Make cold calls to introduce our products, understand customer needs, and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
4. Follow-up and Nurturing:
- Track and manage leads through the sales funnel using CRM tools.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into sales opportunities.
5. Reporting and Optimization:
- Analyze outreach performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance lead conversion rates.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience :2+ years of experience in lead generation, market research, or sales.
- Proven track record of successfully generating and converting leads in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and email marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for lead tracking.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-driven.
