1. Position Overview – The Field Engineer will be responsible for on-site technical support, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of CNC machines. This role requires strong technical expertise, customer engagement skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time. The position requires travelling extensively across India.
2. Qualification – Working experience of a minimum of 1 year or more in CNC laser / router / oscillating knife cutting machine service & maintenance.
3. Location – Goregaon, Mumbai – The job will require travelling to various locations within Mumbai or outside as per the machine deployment.
4. Key Responsibilities
4.1. Installation & Commissioning: Execute installation and commissioning of CNC cutting machines at client sites.
4.2. Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
4.3. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimise downtime.
4.4. Customer Training: Train operators and client staff on machine usage, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting.
4.5. Documentation: Maintain detailed service reports, installation records, and customer feedback logs.
4.6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to BIS and other regulatory standards during installation and servicing.
4.7. Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to the management teams for product enhancements.
5. Key Result Areas (KRA)
5.1. Machine Installation Efficiency - Timely and accurate installation of machines as per project schedule.
5.2. Zero non-compliance incidents during commissioning.
5.3. Customer Satisfaction - Achieve high customer satisfaction scores through effective training, support and prompt resolution of service requests within defined SLAs.
5.4. Organic UpSales – Achieve organic and referral sales from existing customers through excellent customer satisfaction. Also, you will work closely with the sales team for product demos and Technical Support for sales.
5.5. Reduce repeat service calls by ensuring first-time resolution of issues.
5.6. Documentation & Reporting - Submit accurate service reports within 24 hours of site visits.
5.7. Compliance & Safety - Ensure all installations meet operational safety standards.
5.8. Develop and update training manuals and troubleshooting guides.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
