We are looking for an energetic and proactive Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and support overall company growth. The candidate should be willing to travel and attend site visits when required. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate new business leads
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Conduct regular site visits and field meetings
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skill
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
