Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) for the Higher Education sector. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership abilities, strong commanding power, and the capability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Candidates with a Science or Technical background will be given preference. Postgraduates are highly preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies for the Higher Education segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders.
- Lead, guide, and manage a team to achieve business targets.
- Conduct presentations, client meetings, and strategic discussions.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects and services.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- UG with 2–4 years of experience OR Postgraduate qualification.
- PG candidates are preferred.
- Candidates from Science or IT/Technical backgrounds are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and commanding abilities.
- Team handling and people management experience.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
