- Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients.
- Assess patients' physical and emotional conditions and report any changes to the Duty Medical Officer or Consultant.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and blood transfusions as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, intake/output, and clinical progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation in patient records.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, surgeries, and medical procedures.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain strict infection prevention and control practices, including hand hygiene and PPE usage.
- Ensure patient safety by following hospital policies and patient identification protocols.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, diet, and discharge instructions.
- Respond promptly to patient calls, emergencies, and code blue situations.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of patient care areas.
- Check and maintain nursing equipment and report any malfunction immediately.
- Ensure adequate stock of medicines, consumables, and emergency supplies in the assigned ward.
- Coordinate with laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, physiotherapy, and other departments for patient care.
- Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
- Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
- Follow all NABH, Nursing Council, Biomedical Waste Management, and hospital quality standards.
- Attend nursing handover at the beginning and end of every shift.
- Participate in hospital training programs, CMEs, fire drills, mock drills, and quality improvement activities.
- Report incidents, medication errors, adverse events, and patient complaints according to hospital policy.
- Maintain professional behavior, discipline, punctuality, and ethical standards.
- Wear the prescribed uniform and hospital ID card during duty hours.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Nursing Superintendent, Ward In-Charge, or Hospital Management.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
