Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead and manage a team responsible for customer engagement and business development activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to drive team performance, achieve targets, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires conducting regular team meetings, monitoring performance metrics, motivating team members, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance review meetings.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure achievement of assigned goals.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
- Track leads, conversions, and overall team performance.
- Coordinate with management regarding team progress, challenges, and action plans.
- Prepare and submit performance reports and updates.
- Resolve operational and customer-related issues effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and conversions.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Maintain discipline, accountability, and a positive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in team handling, coordination, supervision, sales, business development, or related roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and drive a team toward target achievement.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Education:
- Any Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Male and Female candidates can apply.
- Previous experience in team leadership, business development, customer relationship management, or sales coordination will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a proven track record of achieving team targets will be preferred.
