About TourBazaar
TourBazaar (tourbazaar.in) is Graciax's new travel-tech marketplace — connecting travellers with GST-verified tour operators, and travel creators with paid brand collabs. Travellers post their trip requirements and receive competing quotes; operators buy verified leads and run campaigns; creators earn from sponsored content. We're at launch stage — which means the partnerships you build become the marketplace itself.
About the Role
You'll be one of the first people building TourBazaar's two-sided ecosystem: onboarding tour operators onto the vendor platform, and travel creators onto the collab marketplace. This is a founding-team-adjacent role with real ownership — your pipeline, your onboarded partners, your measurable dent in the platform's growth.
What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to tour operators and travel agencies across India to join TourBazaar as verified vendors
- Pitch the platform over calls, WhatsApp, and email — free listings, verified leads, zero-commission enquiries — and handle objections and follow-ups
- Scout travel influencers and creators on Instagram/YouTube and onboard them to the creator marketplace (no follower minimum — micro-creators welcome)
- Match creators with operator campaigns and coordinate collabs end to end: briefs, deliverables, timelines, approvals
- Maintain the partnership pipeline in our CRM and prepare simple weekly growth reports
- Hand-hold new vendors and creators through their first listing, first lead, or first collab
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and spoken communication in English and Hindi
- Confidence on calls with business owners, and fluency in creator/collab culture on Instagram and YouTube
- Organized and self-driven — follow-ups happen without reminders
- Bonus: prior sales, BD, influencer-marketing, or travel-industry exposure
- Students and recent graduates welcome
