About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills, a modern design sense, and the ability to create engaging digital and print creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for digital and print media including:
- Social media posts
- Marketing campaigns
- Brochures, flyers, and posters
- Website banners and email creatives
- Presentations and branding materials
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop campaign concepts and visual strategies.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all platforms.
- Create visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and motion graphics (optional).
- Edit and retouch images for promotional use.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Creative Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Canva (preferred)
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics tools is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take creative direction and feedback positively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
