- Production Planning: Assist in drafting, implementing, and adjusting daily production schedules and timelines.
- Resource & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order raw materials, and allocate equipment and labor.
- Quality & Safety Control: Ensure finished products meet company standards and enforce workplace health and safety guidelines.
- Team Coordination: Supervise floor staff, assist in hiring and training new workers.
