Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate banquet and event sales through corporate, social, and wedding segments.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
- Achieve monthly and annual banquet revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
- Maintain an updated database of corporate and social event clients.
Event Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations, F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of all events and functions.
- Conduct pre-event meetings and communicate client requirements to concerned departments.
- Monitor event setup and service quality.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle guest inquiries, negotiations, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Revenue Management
- Maximize banquet revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor banquet booking pace and occupancy.
- Prepare sales forecasts and revenue reports.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
