Job Title: Project Manager – Site Operations
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and technically aware Project Manager to handle site installation projects, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth execution from start to completion. The candidate should have basic knowledge of electronics, wiring, networking, and site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Visit project sites and understand installation requirements.
· Coordinate with technicians, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
· Plan daily site work and ensure timely project completion.
· Check material availability and arrange required items for the site.
· Monitor installation quality and ensure work is done as per requirement.
· Maintain project updates, site reports, and completion status.
· Handle client communication and resolve site-level issues.
· Ensure safety, discipline, and proper work execution at the site.
Required Skills:
· Basic technical knowledge of electronics, wiring, networking, and hardware installation.
· Good project coordination and team management skills.
· Ability to understand site requirements and guide technicians.
· Good communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to travel to project sites when required.
· Basic knowledge of documentation, reporting, and material tracking.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, site operations, installation management, or technical field work.
Qualification:
Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or any relevant technical field.
Preferred Candidate:
Someone who is practical, responsible, technically sound, and capable of managing installation sites independently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
