About the Role
Elevate Global Academy is looking for a dynamic and smart HR Intern who can support core HR functions while actively contributing to student training and engagement. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident, presentable, and capable of handling both HR operations and classroom delivery, including video-based presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support core HR activities including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and HR documentation
- Assist in drafting professional HR communications and emails
- Conduct and support HR training sessions, workshops, and classroom activities
- Prepare training materials such as PPTs, worksheets, case studies, and practical assignments
- Facilitate interactive learning sessions including role plays, discussions, and hands-on exercises
- Take classes confidently and engage students in a professional learning environment
- Create and deliver video presentations for training, promotional, or academic purposes
- Coordinate training schedules, track attendance, and maintain academic records
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR and institutional policies
- Support day-to-day HR and academic operations as assigned
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate understanding of HR fundamentals and HR life cycle
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Confident in handling classrooms and delivering training sessions
- Smart, presentable, and proactive personality
- Ability to create and present video content professionally
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Email
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude with attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical HR practices
Qualification
- Recently completed a Degree/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
