Shift: 9-Hour Rotational Night Shift

Your Role
- Interpret conversations between French and English speakers in real time.
- Communicate information accurately while maintaining the complete context.
- Maintain professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and confidentiality.
- Handle different customer interactions with patience and confidence.
- Ensure a smooth and positive communication experience.
