Owning the Product P&L
Build strong relationships with the channel partners, influencers and customers to gather important consumer insights related to products
Assist Category Head to prepare and fine tune product strategy based on those insights in order to achieve overall growth objective.
Provide necessary inputs to Category Head for preparing marketing strategy. Prepare marketing and communication plans for the assigned product, in consultation with the ZoAs, and submit estimated budget to the Category Heads
Lead creative development of the brand in collaboration with creative agency. Plan advertising campaigns of the assigned product/s within the allocated budget and drive the same.

Product Price Management
Managing the Contribution of SKUs / Product variants
Designing and Implementing Trade schemes zone wise to enhance distribution
Be the Product Price custodian for the respective category

Trade Promotions
Assist the sales team in implementing the Trade promotion plans.
Strong BTL led engagement / activation plans with retailers and Painters to create a strong connect with channels
Closely working with CASC cluster heads and providing value propositions differentiating the BW products with competition

Driving the innovation funnel
Owning the product life cycle management and introducing new variants of the category as per consumer needs.
