- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose complex software issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications in critical business environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to various stakeholders.
