State Head JD: Responsible for sales and distribution network in the assigned state • Developing potential market for Cattle Feed, distribution network in targeted markets, tracking purchase & sales channel partners, create awareness amongst customers and analyse competitors ' activities, increase brand value as well as market value of Tiwana Cattle Feed. • Appointment & development of Distributors channels • Team members of different location as per the company’s vision. • Recruitment, training and developing a high performing sales team as per Company vision • Setting sales targets for individual SO/ASM and your team as a whole • To maintain and increase sales of company's products. • Achieving the targets and goals set in your area • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base • To ensure timely service to fulfil the needs of existing customers • To find out new business opportunities in the state. • Developing innovative higher sales strategies. • Focus on the team members for achieving their desired targets. • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself • Customer feedback and market research
