Role description
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM to design, develop, configure, and implement Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions. The candidate will work with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications.
- Configure and implement:
- Policy and Compliance Management
- Business Continuity Management (preferred)
- Develop custom applications, workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer flows, and IntegrationHub solutions.
- Build and maintain Service Catalog items and Record Producers.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Create reports, dashboards, Performance Analytics, and compliance metrics.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, code reviews, and release management.
- Mentor junior developers and perform technical reviews.
- Collaborate with security, risk, audit, and compliance teams to gather requirements.
Required Skills
- 6–10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM.
- Experience with update sets, application repository, and source control.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM/GRC
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Experience with SecOps or Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
