Coordinate all accreditation and surveillance activities.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Maintain quality manuals, SOPs, policies, protocols, and records.
Facilitate internal audits and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
Monitor quality indicators and benchmark performance.
Analyze trends and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate incident reporting and root cause analysis (RCA).
Facilitate patient safety initiatives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
