• Ensure complete GMP & Technical Training Documentation as per SOP for compliance with customer & Regulatory requirement. • Consult and collaborate with business leaders to enhance capability building, skill development and employee • Ensure 100% Training Compliance in Regulatory Audits. • GMP Training to be conducted for new joiner and existing employee. • Support smooth Operation & Management of Training Information Management system (TIMS) and its Updation • as per regulatory requirement • Coordinate with Software Vendor & Validation Partner for all developmental activities related to TIMS. • Coordination with Department Training Coordinators for TIMS software related issues and ensuring resolution • for the same • Imparting cGMP, GDP & Data Integrity training as and when required. • To ensure that new joiners are trained on the basic SOP. • To ensure that every personnel is trained on Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) • Identification of Internal Trainer and Conduct “Train the Trainer” program. • Preparation of “Training Matrix” yearly department wise. • Additional initiative of Competency Mapping & Assessment, CFT and SME training • Consult and collaborate with business leaders to enhance capability building, skill development and employee • performance through effective L&D interventions and create a culture of learning. • To follow safety norms and rules within Dholka, Jammu and Udaipur plant. Skills - Functional – cGMP, GDP, Data Integrity Compliance Training, Regulatory Audit, LMS administration, Vendor Management Behavioural – Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence, Ownership, Problem Solving & Continuous Learning orientation.
