About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shopify Front-End Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining Shopify-based e-commerce websites. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or developers with up to 3 year of experience who are eager to grow their career in the e-commerce and front-end development space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize responsive Shopify themes based on provided designs.
- Implement custom functionalities using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert mockups into high-quality code.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility with optimized performance.
- Maintain and update existing Shopify stores as required.
- Work with back-end developers and project managers to deliver projects on time.
- Apply Shopify SEO best practices for better site performance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Understanding of Shopify platform and Liquid templating language.
- Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong grasp of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Shopify apps and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
