Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Property Consultant to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties. The role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Handling
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Guide clients through the complete property buying process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors.
Lead Management
- Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns, portals, and referrals.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.
Property Presentation
- Arrange and conduct site visits for clients.
- Present project details, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Explain property features, amenities, and payment plans.
Sales & Closing
- Negotiate pricing and finalize property deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and developers to close deals smoothly.
Market Knowledge
- Stay updated with real estate market trends.
- Maintain knowledge of ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Provide investment advice to clients based on market insights.
