Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities within the US market.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

Virtual Selling. Conduct video conferencing virtual demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

Understand customer pain points, requirements, and business needs to provide tailored solutions.

Collaborate with the US-based sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.

Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales data and customer interactions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Key Requirements:

4+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.

1-3+ of those years in B2B sales selling SaaS and Service Solutions.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience selling to US clients and familiarity with US business culture.

Proven ability to work within a sales methodology like SPIN, Challenger Sale, or MEDDPICC.

Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with potential customers.

Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

Ability to forecast pipeline to sales accurately.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
