About the company
Stanley Developers, a fast-growing luxury interior design & turnkey contracting company, is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help scale our online presence.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads and lead generation campaigns.
- Create engaging social media content, reels, and ad creatives.
- Improve website traffic through SEO and content marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and AI tools.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- Proven ability to generate quality leads.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
