We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in cloud platforms, automation, container orchestration, and CI/CD. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AWS, GCP, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), ECS, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and GitOps practices. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure that supports our application lifecycle end-to-end.
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
- Architect scalable, secure, and highly available systems using VPCs, subnets, load balancers, NAT gateways, and security controls.
- Manage and optimize compute, storage, networking, IAM, and managed services.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerts, disaster recovery, and cost-optimization strategies.
Containers & Orchestration
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage image lifecycles.
- Deploy and operate workloads on Amazon EKS, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), and Amazon ECS (Fargate & EC2 modes).
- Build GitOps-based deployments using ArgoCD.
- Create and manage Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, and ECS task definitions.
- Optimize cluster performance, auto-scaling, networking, and security policies.
CI/CD & Automation
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Automate builds, tests, deployments, and environment promotion workflows.
- Integrate security scanning, linting, and quality checks.
- Improve deployment reliability through automation, validation, and rollback strategies.
- Leverage AI-assisted tooling to enhance deployment automation, release validation, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency.
Infrastructure as Code
- Develop and maintain Terraform modules for reusable, scalable infrastructure.
- Manage provisioning, configuration, policy enforcement, and environment standardization.
AI-Assisted Development/Deployments
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools and workflows to improve engineering productivity.
- Understanding of scalable website/application deployment architectures for AI-enabled or API-driven platforms.
- Experience supporting infrastructure for modern web applications integrating third-party AI/LLM services is a plus.
- Awareness of performance, security, and scaling considerations for AI-powered web platforms.
- Ability to evaluate and adopt AI-powered DevOps/automation tools for smarter infrastructure management and deployment processes.
Source Control & Collaboration
- Manage branching strategies, code reviews, and workflows using Git and GitHub.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, product teams, and platform teams.
- Promote best practices for DevOps, cloud security, and automation.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Strong working experience with AWS & GCP
- Expert knowledge in Linux systems
- Proficiency with Docker and container lifecycle management
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes (EKS, GKE) and ECS (Fargate/EC2)
- Experience building GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and Helm
- Strong knowledge of Terraform and IaC best practices
- Hands-on with CI/CD using GitHub Actions
- Experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, (GCP)
- Exposure to modern AI-enabled web application deployment patterns and scalable platform architecture
- Familiarity with AI-assisted developer tooling / automation platforms
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with ownership and accountability
- Capable of mentoring junior engineers and driving DevOps culture
