Job Summary:
The Purchase & Sales Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining purchase and sales transactions in the company's ERP/Tally/accounting software. The role ensures timely data entry, proper documentation, and coordination with the purchase, sales, accounts, and inventory teams to maintain accurate business records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes into ERP/Tally software.
- Record Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), purchase orders (PO), sales orders (SO), and delivery challans.
- Verify invoice details before data entry.
- Maintain customer, supplier, and product master data.
- Update stock and inventory records accurately.
- Reconcile purchase and sales entries with physical documents.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly purchase and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Purchase, Sales, and Warehouse departments.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices and supporting documents.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of business data.
- Assist in stock audits and data verification as required.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Tally Prime, ERP software, or accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Basic understanding of purchase, sales, GST, and inventory processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualification:
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) preferred.
- Diploma or certification in Computer Applications/Tally is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in purchase, sales, or accounting data entry preferred (freshers with relevant skills may also apply).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
