Role Overview candidates for field job
We're looking for an energetic Sales Executive to visit daycares and preschools across Bengaluru, pitch the AARUM platform, and onboard new centres. This is a field-based, target-driven role reporting to the line manager
Key Responsibilities
- Visit daycares, preschools, and playgroups for direct walk-in sales
- Demo the AARUM app to owners/admins and explain platform benefits
- Convert leads into paid subscriptions; onboard new centres
- Maintain a daily visit and follow-up tracker
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report to Regional Head
- Build long-term relationships with centre owners for referrals
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
