· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through Phone calling, networking and social media.
· Provide buyers with details of properties that fit their requirements in terms of price, size, location and arrange visits to view the properties.
· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
· Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them
· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and responsible for achieving sales target.
