Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers via WhatsApp, ensuring inquiries are addressed and next steps are captured.
- Enter customer and data accurately into our systems.
- Create new customer accounts and maintain updated customer records.
- Support salesman.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic system operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Candidates residing nearby or within a commutable distance will be preferred.
- Must be proficient in Hindi.
