Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Manager to oversee operations across multiple preschool centers within Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will ensure academic excellence, operational efficiency, and business growth across all centers while maintaining high standards of childcare and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple preschool centers within the assigned cluster
- Ensure compliance with curriculum standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks across all centers
- Drive admissions, enrollment targets, and revenue growth for the cluster
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage center heads/principals and staff
- Monitor and improve academic outcomes and teaching quality
- Handle parent relations, feedback, and escalations
- Manage budgets, P&L, and cost optimization for the cluster
- Ensure infrastructure, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained
- Conduct regular center visits and audits
- Implement company policies, SOPs, and best practices uniformly across centers
- Coordinate with HR, marketing, and operations teams at the corporate level
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in preschool/education sector, with at least 2 years in a multi-center or cluster management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Sound understanding of preschool curriculum and childcare regulations
- Proven track record in business development and target achievement
- Willingness to travel across cluster locations
