About the Role
Maati Earthcraft is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Woman Social Media Executive to manage and grow the brand’s online presence.
The ideal candidate should understand social media platforms, create engaging content, post regularly, and help promote the brand to reach a wider audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and regularly update the brand’s social media platforms.
- Plan and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other content.
- Promote the brand, products, collections, and activities online.
- Create content ideas to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Write simple and engaging captions and use relevant hashtags.
- Coordinate with the design and creative team for social media content.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and popular content formats.
- Respond to comments and messages professionally when required.
- Track basic social media performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Creativity and interest in fashion, lifestyle, art, or handcrafted products.
- Basic understanding of social media trends, reels, hashtags, and audience engagement.
- Ability to use basic content creation or editing tools is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, consistency, and willingness to learn.
