Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to provide end-user support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop support, network devices, ERP applications, graphic design software, and security systems. The role requires troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral devices while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and laptop support to users, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and support Windows operating systems, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot NComputing thin-client environments.
- Support and maintain Tally Prime ERP software, including user assistance and basic troubleshooting.
- Install and manage Microsoft Office applications and user accounts.
- Provide basic support for CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop applications.
- Configure and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, including camera setup and monitoring.
- Manage and troubleshoot Intercom systems and communication devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain Biometric Attendance and Access Control Systems.
- Perform software installations, upgrades, and patch management.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data backup procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and technical support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

- Relevant certifications in hardware, networking, or Microsoft technologies are an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, educational institutions, or corporate IT environments.
- Hands-on experience managing CCTV, Intercom, and Biometric systems.
- Familiarity with ERP support and user training.
