Qualificationa: Diploma in Pharmacy, B-Pharm, M Pharm
Experience: 0-3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Track all incoming and outgoing stock. Maintain optimal inventory levels using inventory management software to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Receiving & Quality Control: Oversee delivery of new shipments. Verify received goods against purchase orders, ensure there is no damage, and process relevant documentation.
- Storage & Organization: Safely arrange and label goods according to category and storage requirements. Ensure the storehouse is clean, organized, and maximizes space.
- Issuance & Dispatch: Issue materials based on authorized requisition slips and keep accurate records of dates, quantities, and recipient details.
- Staff Supervision: Manage store personnel. Assign daily tasks, assist with training, and evaluate performance to ensure high levels of productivity.
- Audits & Reconciliations: Conduct periodic physical inventory counts (cycle counts) and reconcile discrepancies with financial and digital records.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the facility complies with all health, safety, and security regulations. Ensure there is no expired products maintained by conducting regular audits.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
