About the Role:
Eminence Health Solution is seeking an proactive Operations Coordinator to manage live opeartional workflow. You will serve as the central bridge connecting partner diagnostic centers, hospitals, and our panel of Radiologists. Your core mission is to ensure seamless case assignment, zero delay in Turnaround Time (TAT), and clear communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Allocation: Monitor incoming diagnostic scans (X-Ray, CT, MRI) and assign them efficiently to available Radiologists based on sub-speciality and workload.
TAT & Workflow Tracking: Actively track diagnostic Turnaround Times (TAT), escalate urgent critical cases, and ensure reports are delivered within SLA limits.
Client & Center Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for diagnostic centers and hospital staff via phone, WhatsApp, and email regarding query resolution, scan uploads, and report status.
Radiologist Support: Conduct active follow-ups with reporting Radiologists to ensure timely draft completion and clear up clinical/technical discrepancies.
Log Maintenance: Maintain accurate daily logs of case volumes, pending reports, delayed TATs, and partner feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Any Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 0–3 years in operations, healthcare coordination, tele-health, or customer support (Teleradiology or diagnostic center experience preferred).
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with basic computer tools, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms
Work Style: Ability to multi-task under pressure, sharp attention to detail, and willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts (Day, Evening, and Night).
