Job Title: IT Networking Engineer / Network Administrator
We are looking for a skilled IT Networking Engineer to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot our organization’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with networking hardware, security, and connectivity solutions to ensure smooth and secure IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Troubleshoot network issues related to LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity
- Implement network security measures including firewalls, access control, and monitoring
- Manage IP addressing, VLANs, routing, and switching
- Perform regular network maintenance, upgrades, and documentation
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for connectivity and support
- Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and network compliance
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT networking or system administration
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and firewall configuration
- Experience with networking brands like Cisco, MikroTik, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, or similar
- Understanding of network security concepts and best practices
- Ability to diagnose and resolve network problems efficiently
Preferred Certifications
- CCNA / CCNP
- CompTIA Network+
- MikroTik (MTCNA) or equivalent
Experience
- 1–5 years of relevant experience (can be adjusted based on role level)
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to handle on-site support when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
