Prayaas Therapy and Child Development Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children overcome communication challenges and a desire to work in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for children with conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, GDD, and speech delays. Provide therapy for articulation, phonological disorders, and social communication skills. Collaborate with parents and the multidisciplinary team (OTs, Psychologists) to ensure holistic care. Maintain accurate progress reports and documentation. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP). Registration: RCI registration is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a pediatric setting is an asset, but passionate freshers are welcome to apply. Skills: Excellent communication skills and a patient, child-friendly demeanor. Job Vacancy: Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) We are looking for an energetic and skilled Occupational Therapist to help our young clients develop the skills they need for the "job of living." At Prayaas, we focus on evidence-based practices to improve the quality of life for children and their families. Key Responsibilities Assess children’s sensory, motor, cognitive, and self-care skills. Design and execute therapy plans focusing on Sensory Integration (SI), fine/gross motor skills, and ADLs (Activities of Daily Living). Utilize play-based therapy to improve hand-eye coordination and executive functioning. Provide home-based programs and environmental adaptations for parents. Monitor and document client progress through regular evaluations. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT). Specialization: Certification or interest in Sensory Integration (SI) is highly desirable. Experience: Experience working with neurodivergent children is preferred. Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt therapy sessions to a child's unique needs.
